Family reunion shirts for 50 people
Fifty relatives is big enough that collecting sizes and money gets messy — and small enough for one organizer to handle with one link. Here’s the plan.

What’s the easiest way to get shirts for 50 people?
Approve one design, set an order-by date about ten days before the event, and share one shirt link with one person in each household. Each household orders its own sizes and colors, pays for them and has them shipped to its door. Send two reminders and order for anyone who doesn’t shop online.
Step 1
Think in households, not 50 people
Fifty names is a lot to chase. Households are easier: if most homes have two to four people, fifty relatives is closer to 15 or 20 households. Pick one contact in each — the person most likely to answer a text — and send the link to them. They order for their home.
Write the list down once. It becomes your reminder list, your “who’s ordered?” list and next year’s head start.

The 50-person timeline
For 26–50 people the shirt planner gives relatives two weeks to order. Here’s what that looks like for a reunion on Saturday, July 17, 2027:

Step 3
One color, or a few?
At fifty people, one shirt color is the easy choice and looks great in the group photo. If the family has two or three clear branches, a color per branch is a fun upgrade — same design, one link, and each person picks their branch color when they order.

What to send, and when
The heads-up
As soon as you decide on shirts: “No sizes or money this year — you’ll each order your own from one link.”
The link and the deadline
One message to every household contact with the link and the order-by date. Pin it in the group chat.
Two reminders
A week before the deadline and the day before. Ask people to reply “ordered” so you can check them off.

Questions about 50-person orders
How long does it take to get shirts for 50 people?
About a month from request to delivery is comfortable. The design arrives within 12 hours, the link within 24–48 hours of approval, then two weeks for everyone to order and about ten days for shipping.
How many shirts do we need to order for 50 people?
You don’t order a number up front. Each household orders the sizes and colors it needs from the same link, so the count takes care of itself. If you want a couple of spares for late arrivals, order them yourself in common adult sizes.
Do we get a discount for 50 shirts?
No — each person pays the price on the Amazon listing (standard tees start at $13.99). In exchange, nobody fronts money for anyone else and there’s no minimum.
Can kids and adults wear the same design?
Yes. The same listing covers toddler 2T–4T, youth and girls’ sizes, and adults from XS to 6XL, including Big & Tall and Women’s Plus.
What if some relatives don’t use Amazon?
Ask their household contact to order for them — anyone can buy several shirts in one order and ship them to a different address.
