The short version

We collect the details you send us so we can design your family's shirt and talk to you about it. We don't sell your personal information. Your approved design becomes a public Amazon listing, but your contact details never do.

Who we are

Family Reunion Shirt (familyreunionshirt.com) designs custom shirts for family events. You can reach us any time athello@familyreunionshirt.com.

What we collect

• What you send in a shirt request: your family name, event details, date, location, your shirt idea, colors, about how many people might order, any images you upload, your first name and your email address.
• Emails you send us, and our replies.
• How you found us: the first page you visited on our site, the website that sent you here, and any campaign tags in the link. We store this with your request to learn which pages help families find us.
• Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider may log basic information such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and working.
• Analytics: if enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are visited). It uses cookies. You can block cookies in your browser or use Google's opt-out add-on.

How we use it

• To design your shirt and send you previews.
• To answer your questions and keep you updated.
• To create the Amazon listing for your approved design.
• To improve our website and keep out spam.

What becomes public

Once you approve your design, it's published as a public product listing on Amazon so your family can order it. Anyone with the link — or anyone who finds it on Amazon — can see it. We never publish your email or contact details. Please keep private details (like home addresses, phone numbers and children's full names) off your design. We'll only show your design or family photos on our own website if you give us permission.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run the business, such as:

• our website host,
• our email delivery provider, which sends request notifications and replies,
• analytics (Google Analytics), if enabled,
• tools we use to keep track of requests, such as a spreadsheet.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

Buying on Amazon

Shirts are sold, printed and shipped by Amazon. When your family orders, they're shopping with Amazon, and Amazon's privacy notice covers what they share there. Amazon doesn't give us buyers' names, addresses or payment details.

How long we keep it

We keep request details for as long as we need them to design your shirt, support your listing and keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we have about you by emailinghello@familyreunionshirt.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under state law; we'll honor reasonable requests no matter which state you're in.

Children

Our site is meant for adults planning family events. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no website or email system is 100% secure.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
