Using this site

By using familyreunionshirt.com or sending us a shirt request, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Custom design requests

• Sending a request doesn't commit you — or us — to anything. There's no payment on this site.
• We don't charge a fee for designing your shirt.
• We may decline a request — for example, if it includes content we can't use, content that's hateful or offensive, or content Amazon won't allow.
• We'll send you a preview before anything is listed. Please check names, dates and spelling carefully — once you approve a design, we list it exactly as approved.

What you send us

When you send us photos, logos, names, sayings or other content, you confirm you have the right to share it and you give us permission to use it to create your design and Amazon listing. Please don't send anything that belongs to someone else, such as team logos, characters, brand names or other people's artwork.

Your design and listing

We create original artwork for your family. The artwork and the Amazon listing belong to us. You and your family can share the link and order as many shirts as you like. If you'd like to use the artwork somewhere else, just ask. We'll only feature your design or photos on our website with your permission.

Buying on Amazon

Shirts are sold, printed and shipped by Amazon, and Amazon's terms apply to every purchase. Prices, available styles, sizes, colors, shipping times, returns and customer service are shown and handled on Amazon. Listings are public, and anyone with the link can buy the shirt.

Timing and availability

We'll do our best to have your listing ready in time for your event, but we can't guarantee dates — design, Amazon's listing review and shipping all take time. Amazon may change or remove products at any time, and we may remove a listing, for example if it breaks a rule or after your event has passed.

Our website content

The text, sample designs and graphics on this site belong to Family Reunion Shirt. Sample designs are examples of our work, not real customer orders, unless we say otherwise.

No warranties

We provide this website and our design service "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything Amazon does or doesn't do, including printing, shipping and returns.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
