How to roll out shirts to a big family
Start six weeks out
Big families need more time to spread the word. Request your design at least six weeks before the reunion.
Approve the design and get your link
Once you're happy with the design, we list it on Amazon and send you the link.
Announce it everywhere
Post the link in the family group chat and Facebook group, email it, and put a QR code for it on your invitations.
Set an "order by" date
Two to three weeks before the reunion works well. It leaves time for shipping — and for stragglers.
Pick a captain for each branch
One person per branch reminds their side and helps anyone who doesn't shop online — they can order for them.
Send two reminders
One a week before your order-by date, and one the day before. Ask people to reply "ordered!" so you can see who is set.

Large family questions
Is there a limit on how many people can order?
No. Whether it's 50 relatives or 250, everyone orders from the same Amazon link.
Do we get a group discount?
No — each person pays the price on the Amazon listing. The upside is nobody fronts money for anyone else, and there's no minimum order.
What about relatives who don't have Amazon accounts?
Someone else can order for them and ship it to their address — or to the reunion organizer. Anyone can order several shirts in one order.
Can we see who has ordered?
Amazon doesn't share customer names or orders with us. The easiest way to keep track is to ask everyone to reply in the group chat once they've ordered.
Can each branch of the family have a different color?
If the shirt style offers several colors, yes — everyone orders from the same listing and picks their branch's color. We'll design artwork that works on all of them.
Are kids' sizes available?
Many Amazon shirt styles include kids' sizes. We'll tell you exactly which sizes your listing offers before it goes live.
