The details
What happens at each step
You send your request
- Tell us your family name, the event, the date and the place.
- Share your idea — a saying, a theme, a style you like. "We're not sure yet" is a fine answer.
- Attach anything that helps: a sketch, last year's shirt, a photo of Grandma's favorite quilt.
We design your shirt
- A real designer creates your artwork from scratch, usually within 2–3 business days.
- We design it to print well on a shirt — bold, clear and readable from across the yard.
- We check sayings for trademark problems so your listing doesn't get rejected.
You approve it
- We email you a preview of the shirt.
- Ask for changes — a different color, a bigger name, a new saying.
- Nothing goes on Amazon until you say it's right.
We put it on Amazon
- We upload your design and create the Amazon listing.
- Amazon reviews new listings before they go live. That usually takes a few days.
- We email you the link and tell you which styles, colors and sizes it's available in.
Your family orders
- Share the link in your group chat, Facebook group or invitation.
- Each person picks their size and color, pays and ships to their own address.
- Amazon prints each shirt when it's ordered, ships it, and handles customer service and returns.

When to start
For a big reunion or a holiday, start about six weeks ahead. Smaller get-togethers can move faster — just leave time for everyone to order and get their shirt in the mail.

Common questions
How long does it take?
We usually send your first design within 2–3 business days. After you approve it, Amazon reviews the listing before it goes live, which usually takes a few days. Then everyone orders and Amazon ships. Give yourself at least 3–4 weeks before your event — 4–6 weeks for big reunions and the holidays.
Do I get to see the design before it goes on Amazon?
Always. Nothing goes live until you approve it. Want changes? Just tell us.
Who prints and ships the shirts?
Amazon. Each shirt is printed when someone orders it and shipped by Amazon to that person's address. Amazon handles customer service and returns under its own policies.
Do I need an Amazon account?
Each person who orders needs an Amazon account to check out, just like any other Amazon purchase. You don't need anything to request your design.
